Thomas and I were married yesterday. We went to a very memorable St. Vincent concert near the beginning of our relationship, and we were completely mesmerized by Annie Clark’s porcelain face and spotless performance of Marry Me. To this day, this song gives me chills when I hear it.

St. Vincent has a new album on the way titled Strange Mercy (due Sept. 13).
In the meantime, a video for “Laughing With a Mouth of Blood”, a really nice track from Actor, her last LP. Fred Armisen stars as a bookstore shut-in.
This video is amazing, St. Vincent’s voice is chilling (in a very good way).
This makes up for the fact that last season kind of sucked — sure, if Snoop Dogg approves, I’ll watch a little longer.
