This month Martha Stewart Crafts kicked off their very own Pinterest board for craft tools & tips, and to celebrate I’ve created a tutorial for you to showcase some of my favorite Martha products — be warned, there’s a lot of glitter ahead!
The product I was most excited to use for…
Check out this tutorial I did on the AISC blog using Martha Stewart Crafts products for their new pin board!

Wow! Martha Stewart is pretty cool.
Kids Halloween crafts 1 of 23: Pasta Skeletons
Martha Stewart is my idol (truly, childhood-style) and I want to be just like her without having to go to prison to be so cool. I always visit her website for craft inspiration, particularly around Halloween because, well, we just share so much in style. I stumbled upon these two craft ideas that are a little out of the ordinary — and brings me back to when I used to love black lights back in the day.
Jadeite Yum
I was a H.Harper Station last night briefly, and the first thing I noticed was their amazing lighting fixtures. I choked a little upon seeing the jadeite green chandeliers hanging from the ceilings, amid the dark wood interior of the restaurant/bar. omgizzles I needed to know, are they actually jadeite, vintage, or WHAT?! I found them online this morning. No shit, should have guessed, Martha Stewart is behind this glorious creation.

Turns out they’re glass (this photo doesn’t do the color justice, they were a perfectly bright milky jadeite green), discontinued, and $600 originally (not a bad price, actually — just not my kind of price). There goes my vision of having 10 hanging from my living room ceiling.
It also comes came in milky white:

I had to leave H. Harper Station last night to keep my eyes away from these beauties.
They also had my favorite reproduction squirrel cage light bulbs, the ones that are $20 a pop but so worth it for the vintage lamp I have that has an exposed bulb spot.

drool
i can’t express how excited this makes me. not “so pretty i don’t think i could eat it”, more like “shove it all in my mouth it looks ****ing gorgeous”. all cakes should be rainbow cakes!
