Jonathan Adler's new(ish?) website
Is it just me, or is Jonathan Adler’s website suddenly on Midwestern housewife crack with a splash of color vomit?  I decided to peek at some Jonathan Adler hand woven wool pillows I spotted on another blog, and thought I’d stumbled upon some Overstock.com page.  Remove the color and they’re practically fraternal twins. Lightleafs
The Lightleaf is as thin as a book page, adjustable, wireless, rechargeable, and beautiful.  I always find it kind of difficult to find a great bookmark - I hate the paper ones the book stores give you with your purchase, the ones proudly displaying their next 5 shows.  Paper ones fray on the edges, plastic ones bump out your book too far.  I think I’ve found my solution! Do your part for Earth: Choose your font wisely!
Tom Wriggelsworth and Matt Robinson drew out large scale type specimens of commonly used fonts to measure the ink usage of each.  The remaining ink in the tubes was used for visualization of the usage - Garamond came in 1st place for the font to use the least amount of ink.
