Is it realistic to have a couch reupholstered? I love my couch so much and I’m already beginning to worry that a few years down the road, what if this thing gets irreparably dirty? It has survived 50 years with its bright green velveteen upholstery, I know I won’t be able to part with it. And I’m not okay with slipcovers.

I just finished teaching another sewing class and my brain is fried. I forget how many little things I know that I don’t have to think about that others have to learn.

Halloween Costumes
Each year I plan earlier and earlier for Halloween and still find myself in a scramble to get things done that last week.
